We ship and deliver all orders in 5-10 business days via a tracked delivery service, such as UPS Express . As soon as your order is shipped, we email you the tracking number, so you can follow your package’s way from the start.

Yes! We ship to all countries in the world. Shipping to the USA , EU and UK is FREE, and paid for the rest of the world. Add your products in the cart, go to checkout, add your address, and the system will calculate your shipping cost.

We ship all products with easy to use wall mounts. Our mounts use a technique specific only to Dekorway, which we call ‘Float Mounting’ – this method is an almost invisible way to mount your Dekorway product on your wall. You find our printed hanging guide in the package.

Our products are made of acrylic glass, which, although is a strong type of glass, is still breakable. Please hang on a wall which is in a place safe from any potential hit or push. Please also hang in a dry, cool place, away from direct exposure to sunlight and heat.

If your item(s) arrive in a damaged condition when unboxing, we will send you new ones free of charge. Send us an email to support@dekorway.com and our helpful team will assist you.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, and your items are not yet in production, you can send us an email via our contact form, and we will cancel the order for you straight away. You can also request a return within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once you have informed us of your request via our contact form, you’ll need to send the items back to us in the same condition as when received, accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.

Dekorway products are made solely for decoration purposes. They cannot be used as skateboards/surfboards/snowboard in the traditional way. We provide easy to use wall mounts for every item in your order, to hang them on your wall, just like a painting.
